Know when they’re in
Fresh truffles follow the season. Leave your name and we’ll write the moment this one is ready to ship.
Our Oregon Black Truffles (leucangium Cascadiense) are all dog harvested from private land and shipped within one to two days of harvest. For larger orders we will harvest and ship on the same day. Oregon black truffles are often large (Ping pong to softball sized). They work well with sweet or savory applications and have subtle notes of Pineapple or cooked fruit mixed with a subtle funky earthiness.
