The Rustic Tour will offer light truffle infused snacks and a brief introduction to Oregon truffles and the dogs that find them, followed by about an hour hunting in one of the best truffle patches on the planet with the most accomplished dogs this side of the pond. Guests will be treated to a truffle inspired warm dish and non-alcoholic beverage prepared on site after the hunt as we relive the day's conquests. Guests will also leave with up to 2 oz of truffles that they find that day to experiment with in their own kitchens.
